Belmont Place Senior Apartments is a low income housing tax credit facility designed to address the social and economic needs of active adults 55 or older. The apartments are not income based, however, it is affordable housing. Belmont place is conveniently located near grocery stores, pharmacies, banks, restaurants, highways and public transportation. Facility amenities include free warm breakfast and lunch, Monday thru Friday, free laundry facilities and community room activities. Residents are responsible for electric bill only.
